About me

My name is Kimia and I’m based in Los Angeles, CA. I aim to create confections and dishes inspired by the world’s palate, and what I personally love, with cravable flavors and textures. I love to bake and I believe pastries and sweets are part of the joy of life. However, most pastries, cakes and cookies are overly sweet in my humble opinion, so I will always try to balance the sugar with everything else. I’m personally a vegetarian so I always keep that in mind when I select ingredients (e.g., pasture raised eggs and grass fed dairy products). I also use organic and local ingredients when possible. My main export, pun intended, is good tastes for the world!
